“You Don’t Need More Time—You Need Repositioning.”

My Approach

We Will Start Here

Most people try to fix symptoms. I help you slow down and identify where the misalignment is; in your thoughts, your emotions, or your relationships so we’re not guessing, we’re addressing what’s real.

Focus on Actual Communication & Patterns

Growth requires honesty. We address the conversations, decisions, and internal patterns that have been overlooked, so you can move forward with clarity instead of staying stuck in cycles.

Work Through What You’ve Been Avoiding

Growth takes honesty. We slow things down and look at the conversations, decisions, and patterns that often get pushed aside—so you can move forward with clarity instead of staying stuck in the same cycle.

Client Stories

"Reposition Now LLC so far has been nothing short of amazing. It's been a little over a month, and I've already had several breakthroughs. For many years I struggled with finding a coach who was faith-based, exhibited a high level of expertise within the psychology field, and validated my feelings. Now, I have all three! I almost gave up on finding the right coach because I have often felt unheard and misunderstood. Thanks to Coach Jay those days are over!"

K. D.

"My issues were compacted and so much. I did not think I was going to get through it. I have been trying to get my confidence up for a while. I began meeting with Coach Jay and that changed immediately as she challenged me to relearn everything. That opened my eyes and I have been having changes in my life ever since. I am grateful for Reposition Now LLC."

T, P.

"I had reservations about paying for a Life Coach out of pocket versus going with my insurance. But my therapist told me that she thought I did not need her but a Life Coach would be better for me. So I met Coach Jay and began to see her. I honestly have not regretted it. I honestly feel like I got both in Coach Jay. She just gets it."

What You May Be Wondering
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy often focuses on mental health and exploring your past. Coaching focuses on what’s happening right now. In my work, we focus on the present: your thoughts, your responses, and your relationships. We’re not going through your entire life history. We’re identifying what’s off in real time and working through it together so you can make immediate, practical changes and move forward with clarity.

How do I know if I need coaching or therapy?

It depends on what you’re looking for support with. Therapy is often the right space if you need to process past experiences, work through deeper mental health concerns, or take time to unpack multiple areas of your history.

Please note, coaching is different in both focus and emphasis. Coaching is for when you’re ready for change and not looking to sort through everything from your past. The focus is on what’s happening now and how to move forward.

If something feels off and you’re ready for movement, and you are ready to address it, coaching is where you need to be.

If you’re unsure, we can always start with a conversation and determine what will best support you.

Is coaching still safe and confidential?

Yes. Coaching is a safe and confidential space where you can speak openly about what’s going on in your life and relationships.

While coaching is not therapy and does not follow the same legal structure as clinical services, I take your privacy seriously. What you share is respected and protected, and the space is designed to allow you to be honest, supported, and focused on real change.
