My Approach to Coaching
· My approach to Life Coaching & Development is a personal one, because I stand by the amazing benefits one can receive from great mental care. I also believe strongly that transformation should be tangible as a result of that care.
I have seen great results with an integrated approach which includes solution focused care, cognitive understanding and Bowen elements.
