My Approach to Coaching
My approach to life coaching and personal development is personal and intentional. I use coaching methods and practical frameworks, not clinical treatment, to help you gain clarity, improve communication, and create real, lasting change in your life and relationships. Growth should be tangible. You should be able to see it in how you think, respond, and move forward.
When desired, I also incorporate a faith-based perspective. Faith can be a powerful agent of change, bringing direction, grounding, and deeper alignment into the work we do together.
My approach is structured and integrative, drawing from solution-focused strategies, cognitive awareness, and relational patterns. This keeps the focus on what is happening now while helping you build emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and make meaningful changes you can sustain.
Experience Snippet
My work is built on years of experience guiding individuals, couples, and families through personal and relational challenges. For over a decade, I have provided pastoral counseling, along with several years of focused mentoring and coaching, helping clients gain clarity, improve communication, and move through complex life dynamics with intention.
My background also includes clinical training and practice. I completed my internship at Navos in Seattle, serving children, youth, individuals, and families across a range of challenges, and continued my work as a psychotherapist at Sandbox Therapy in Washington.
While my work today is centered on coaching, my clinical training and experience enable me to approach your situation with greater insight, structure, and precision. This means our work is not surface-level. It is thoughtful, focused, and designed to help you identify what is truly out of alignment and move forward with clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
